Re-establish the West London Schools FA District Team originally founded in 1891, for the benefit of young people in Hammersmith & Fulham, Kensington & Chelsea and the City of Westminster.
creating a learning environment, both on and off the pitch, which will support players to ensure that their time with the WLSFA is a positive and beneficial experience. We aim to ensure that the WLSFA opportunity also enables the participants to develop mentally, physically and socially.
The continual educational development of all players is an integral part of the WLSFA , we take our commitment to education very seriously and we aim to create solid working relationships with schools and partners for our Schoolboys and Girls

The project brief to establish and launch a Company limited by guarantee for the benefit of the community of London creating and providing opportunities, pathways and platforms, to learn, through experience and training, participating and working in the events and leisure associated industries. by providing and assisting in the provision of facilities for the recreation and other leisure time occupation, to assist a community to grow to full maturity as individuals and as members of society, and so that their conditions of life may be improved.
High On Hope Music Festival
Recruit 30 volunteers from Black and ethnic minorities to plan prepare market and run a series of community conferences leading up to an including the High On Hope Music Festival, addressing issues affecting the community, this event will propose support of the police, community safety and the Drugs Action Team.
We will train volunteers to increase their employability and to remove their barriers to labour market participation,
the training will include event management, health and safety, risk assessment, marketing and first aid, building their team work skills, and ability to plan prepare and coordinate an event, the project will endeavour to build their confidence, communication skills, self esteem and social development, thereby increasing their potential for future employment
